Our Story
How it started
My Virtual Pal PH was born out of frustration. Our founders had worked in the virtual staffing world long enough to see the same problems repeat: businesses getting mismatched VAs, VAs placed in roles they weren't prepared for, and both sides left without support when things went sideways.
We set out to build something different — a curated agency where every placement is intentional. We take the time to understand your business before we ever suggest a candidate. We vet our VAs rigorously. And we stay involved after placement to make sure the partnership actually works.
Today, My Virtual Pal PH supports businesses primarily across the United States — from real estate teams and sales organizations to entrepreneurs and growing companies — while also serving clients across other English-speaking markets. Our VAs are based in the Philippines, a country with one of the world's most experienced and English-proficient remote workforces, and every one of them has earned their place in our network through a rigorous vetting process.
